The Comet II Summary – The Comet- II is a continuation of the previous story, Comet- I. In this story, top scientists from around the world gather for a conference. This gathering of experts is taking place to prevent Comet Dutta from colliding with Earth. John made the decision to organize a secret meeting of experts. Sir John also invited Duttada to attend the experts’ conference.
Dr. James and other scientists calculated that this collision would have disastrous consequences. The experts’ goal was to devise a plan to prevent Comet Dutta from colliding with the Earth. These experts were successful in meeting their objectives. Duttada then becomes aware of another, much larger problem.
The Comet – II Summary in English
The discussions between Sir John Macpherson and James Forsyth came to a close. By the time Sir John dropped James off at his hotel, it was 1 a.m. It was so late that there was barely a crowd outside. A scientific conference was scheduled, and Sir John was in charge of organizing it. At the conference, all of the listed experts were present.
Manoj Duttada was John’s special invitee, and he was also present. This conference lasted one week and was held completely in secret. First and foremost, the experts double-checked James’ calculations several times. The most recent observations of Comet Dutta also occurred. The scientists concluded that there was no way the Earth could avoid a direct hit from the comet.
