Kodiyeri Balakrishnan Death: Mammootty and Mohanlal paid tributes to Kodiyeri Balakrishnan

Kodiyeri Balakrishnan death: Kodiyeri Balakrishnan was born on 16 November, 1953 in Malabar District, he died on October 1 in Chennai Apollo hospital. The Malayalam film fraternity Mammootty and Mohanlal has paid tributes to veteran CPM leader Kodiyeri Balakrishnan who passed away. Mammootty, Mohanlal, Kunchacko Boban, Irshad Ali, director Arun Gopy and many others paid tributes to Kodiyeri on social media posts.

Mammootty wrote on Facebook, “Tributes to K Balakrishnan who was a dear friend and well-wisher.

Mammootty and Mohanlal paid tributes to CPM leader K Balakrishnan. In a Facebook post, Mammootty and Mohanlal wrote that Kodiyeri Balakrishnan was a close friend. Mammootty’s Facebook post said, “Tributes to kodiyeri Balakrishnan who was a dear friend and well-wisher. Mohanlal wrote that Balakrishnan was a good friend.

Mohanlal said that Kodiyeri was a good friend of his and had a long association with him. “With pain, tributes to dear Shri Kodiyeri Balakrishnan, who walked into the hearts of the people on the path of pure politics. He was a good friend to me personally as he led an exemplary leadership as a people’s representative and as a minister. I had a long association with him. Farewell to that beloved with tears in his eyes,” Mohanlal said.

Kunchacko Boban wrote on Facebook, ‘Goodbye to comrade’. Director Arun Gopy said, “Comrade, leave with pain.” Irshad Ali shared a picture with Kodiyeri and wrote on Facebook that it was “painful”. Director Priyadarshan reached a hospital in Chennai yesterday after learning about death of Kodiyeri Balakrishnan.
